The 17th China International Battery Fair (CIBF2025), hosted by the China Industrial Association of Power Sources and organized by CETC Tianjin New Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd., is scheduled to be held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center from May 15 to 17, 2025. The exhibition area will reach 280,000 square meters. It is expected that there will be more than 3,000 exhibitors and over 400,000 visitors.
As one of the most influential new energy exhibitions in the world, CIBF has been successfully held for sixteen sessions. CIBF has always been in a leading position in the new energy industry. With a professional attitude and dedicated spirit, it leads and promotes the development and progress of the new energy industry. In 2024, CIBF entered the Chongqing for the first time, injecting new vitality into the development of the new energy industry in the southwest region. In 2025, CIBF will return to Shenzhen and showcase the strength, latest technologies, and scientific research achievements of new energy enterprises from a brand new perspective... providing a strong driving force for the global new energy industry.

Scope of Exhibits
(1) Various series of batteries: lithium-ion batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, lead-acid batteries, solid-state batteries, supercapacitors, sodium-sulfur batteries, sodium nickel chloride batteries, flow batteries, lithium primary batteries, zinc-manganese batteries, alkaline manganese batteries, zinc-nickel batteries, zinc-silver batteries, thermal batteries, fuel cells, semiconductor thermoelectric modules and other new types of batteries.
(2) Various assembled batteries: battery packs for mobile phones, notebook computers, tablet computers, wearable devices, walkie-talkies, cordless phones, digital products, emergency lights, electric toys, UPS, railway locomotives and passenger cars, subway vehicles, ships and so on.
(3) Power battery and management system: Power batteries and battery management systems for various applications such as unmanned aerial vehicles, model aircraft, power tools, electric bicycles, electric tricycles, low-speed electric vehicles, electric buses, electric passenger cars, electric logistics vehicles, and hybrid electric vehicles, etc.;
(4) Charging station, battery swapping and related supporting facilities: charging station, battery swapping stations, supporting equipment for battery swap stations, charging facilities and intelligent monitoring equipment in parking lots, power supply solutions for charging stations, and smart grid solutions for charging stations.
(5) Energy storage applications and EPC projects: new energy storage, industrial and commercial energy storage, microgrid energy storage, distributed energy storage, communication base station energy storage, energy storage technology for industrial energy conservation, household energy storage, integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging (battery swap) stations for electric vehicles, battery management systems (BMS), PCS energy storage inverters, etc. Various chemical energy storage and physical energy storage products.
(6) Portable power banks and related products: various branded portable power bank products, lithium-ion batteries of various specifications, casings of various materials, portable power bank design schemes and charger ICs, protection circuits and PCB circuit boards, USB interfaces and data cables, etc.
(7) Hydrogen energy and fuel cell technology and equipment: hydrogen production equipment technology and hydrogen supply, hydrogen storage and transportation and related equipment, key components and supply technology of fuel cells, fuel cell systems and application results, etc.
(8) Production equipment, testing instruments, raw materials, parts and components for various batteries.
(9) Spent battery recycling and regeneration technology and equipment; three-waste treatment equipment for the battery industry.
(10) Battery testing and certification agencies, intelligent and digital battery factory and material factory solutions, etc.
Price of standard booth and bare space
（1）Standard booth: (10% surcharge for conner booths)
For domestic enterprises: ¥16,800/9m2. ¥14,800/9m2. ¥13,800/9m2.
For foreign-funded, joint venture and enterprises from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of China: $3,000 /9m2.
（2）Bare space (minimum order of 36 square meters. Management fees during the exhibition setup period are to be paid by exhibitors themselves.)
For domestic enterprises: ¥1,680/m2、¥1480元/ m2、¥1380元/ m2(The price may fluctuate depending on the location.)
For foreign-funded, joint venture and enterprises from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of China: $300/m2.
Configuration of standard booth:
（1）Area of each standard booth: 9 m2 (length 3m * width 3m * height 2.5m).
（2）：Provided free of charge:
◆One Chinese-English fascia board (two for corner booth);
◆ One table, two folding chairs, two spotlights, one power socket, one wastebasket and one carpet;
◆ Free publication of company information in the "CIBF 2025 exhibition directory" (subject to the information filled in by exhibitors).
Preferential policies
◆Preferential conditions for CIBF 2025:
（1）
Regular exhibitors who only participated in CIBF 2024 can enjoy a 10% discount on booth fees.
（2）；
Regular exhibitors who continuously participated in CIBF 2023 and CIBF 2024 can enjoy a 10% discount on booth fees.
2、The international exhibition area does not enjoy any preferential policies.
3、The prices for the “photovoltaic, energy storage, charging and inspection” area (Hall 8) are uniformly set at preferential prices and no other discounts are applicable.
◆Exhibition Withdrawal Rules of CIBF2025:
If exhibitors cannot participate in the exhibition due to special reasons, they can apply for exhibition withdrawal. For exhibition withdrawal, a written application with the unit's official seal, a proof of invoice rejection, and the bank information must be provided. After confirmation by the host, the exhibition withdrawal procedures shall be handled within the specified time.
（1）
For exhibition withdrawal before February 1, 2025 (exclusive), the host will charge 30% of the paid booth fee as compensation, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
（2）
For exhibition withdrawal between February 1, 2025 (inclusive) and April 1, 2025 (exclusive), the host will charge 60% of the paid booth fee as compensation, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
（3）
For exhibition withdrawal after April 1, 2025 (inclusive), the paid booth fee will not be refunded.
