       The theme of the CIBF2025 Advanced Battery Frontier Technology Seminar is "Green Energy Drives the Future". The conference has one main venue for the opening ceremony and seven sub venues throughout the conference. The content of the conference covers advanced lithium-ion power battery technology, battery safety and evaluation, solid-state and new system batteries, high-power fast charging technology, sodium ion batteries, key material technologies, and intelligent equipment. The China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association, together with the China Society of Automotive Engineers, China Academy of Automotive Engineering Co., Ltd. and other institutions, jointly held multiple themed sub venues.
Sub venue 1: Advanced Lithium ion Power Battery Technology
Conference content: The conference focuses on the performance breakthroughs and safety improvements of the next generation of power batteries, and invites relevant units upstream and downstream of the power battery industry chain to conduct discussions on material innovation, low-temperature technology, thermal management and fault warning, intelligent manufacturing, and other related topics. Promote innovation in lithium-ion power battery technology and achieve sustainable development of the lithium-ion battery industry.
Sub forum 2: Battery Safety and Evaluation
Conference content: In recent years, China's battery industry has made great breakthroughs, with new technologies and materials constantly emerging, and battery safety and evaluation technologies also developing rapidly. This conference focuses on this theme, inviting experts from different fields such as industry, academia, and research to discuss new technologies, equipment, and algorithms for battery safety and evaluation, improve battery safety and reliability, and improve the evaluation system.
Sub venue 3: Solid State and New System Batteries
Meeting content: With the growth of market demand, the upgrading and replacement of battery technology has become the focus. Solid state batteries, as the "star" of next-generation battery technology, have attracted a large amount of capital and technological investment, and the commercialization process is constantly accelerating. It is expected that the shipment volume of solid-state batteries will increase significantly, and the market penetration rate will also increase significantly. Solid state and new system batteries have broad development prospects and enormous market potential. With the continuous advancement of technology and the expansion of mass production scale, solid-state batteries are expected to be widely used in fields such as electric vehicles and high-end consumer electronics. This conference focuses on the current development status and future trends of solid-state batteries and new system batteries, and invites industry experts to conduct in-depth discussions.
Sub venue 4: High Power Fast Charging Technology
Conference content: The conference focuses on topics such as high-voltage platforms for vehicles, fast charging of power batteries, high-power fast charging technology, charging safety and warning, and thermal management technology. Experts and scholars from vehicle companies, battery companies, charging operators, and research institutions are invited to discuss these topics.
Sub venue 5: Sodium ion batteries
Conference content: Sodium ion batteries have unique advantages in safety, low-temperature adaptability, and cost, and are one of the important directions for the development of the next generation of new system batteries. This conference focuses on hot topics such as basic research, material systems, key technologies, preparation processes, and industrial applications of sodium ion batteries, promoting technological innovation in sodium ion batteries and assisting in the high-quality and healthy development of the power battery industry.
Sub venue 6: Key Material Technologies
Conference content: Advanced battery technology and material innovation can reduce costs and increase efficiency for power batteries. This conference focuses on the latest developments in the four main materials and key auxiliary materials of advanced power batteries, and invites upstream and downstream enterprises of power battery materials to jointly explore more efficient and safer technological routes to promote power battery technology innovation.
Sub venue 7: Intelligent Equipment
Meeting content: With the rapid development of new energy, the battery industry is facing challenges such as workshop production line planning, shortened research and development cycles, efficient and consistent production, and safe operation and maintenance. Intelligent equipment is the key to the breakthrough development of batteries. By following the path of standardization, modeling, digitization, and intelligence, we simplify the production and manufacturing steps, achieve higher integration of each process, further improve the efficiency and yield of the production line, and deeply promote the domestic substitution of equipment and technological process iteration and upgrading, thereby achieving the goal of high-quality, efficient, and low-cost battery production.
